The other is our request list that goes to the homeowner that includes a request list, mortgage release authorizations, questionnaire and a guideline for writing the hardship letter. Financial Data Form - This form needs to be filled out in it's entirety. It is a form requested by all lenders to let them know the homeowner's current situation.

Referral Fee Agreement - This is our referral fee agreement for what we are compensated for negotiating the short sales.
Mortgage Release Letter - This form gives us permission to speak to the Homeowner's lenders. Please have one release letter completely filled out and signed for each loan on the house.
Listing SHort sales
Please remind your agents that the Property Description section should be used only to describe the physical property. There should be no mention of “SHORT SALES” or “FORECLOSURES” or any non-descriptive information of the property in this section. It will be removed and your agents can be assessed a fine. All remarks that do not describe the property can be put in the Agent Remarks.
